1. Information we collect
Depending on the service used, we may collect information you provide directly, account and contact information, content you upload or prepare, transaction or order information, support communications, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
2. Connected social accounts
If you connect a social platform such as TikTok or Meta, we receive only the information and permissions authorized through that platform's consent process. This may include basic account identifiers, display information, access tokens, and permissions required to publish approved content. We do not receive your social-platform password.
3. How we use information
Provide, maintain, and secure Dashaw services.
Authenticate authorized users and connected accounts.
Prepare, approve, schedule, and publish content at the user's direction.
Store publishing status and operational records.
Respond to support requests and improve reliability.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
4. Social publishing data
When an authorized user schedules social content, Dashaw may store the selected platform, account reference, caption or description, media reference, scheduled time, approval status, and publishing result. Access and refresh tokens are kept server-side and are not intentionally exposed in the user interface.
5. How information is shared
We share information only as needed to provide requested services, such as transmitting approved content to a connected social platform or using infrastructure providers that support hosting, storage, authentication, or other operations. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
6. Third-party platforms
When you connect or interact with a third-party platform, that platform processes information under its own privacy policy. Dashaw is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type and connected service.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including limiting access to credentials and storing connected-platform tokens on the server rather than displaying them publicly. No system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices
You may disconnect third-party services, stop using connected publishing features, or request assistance regarding information associated with Dashaw services. Disconnecting a platform may not remove content already published to that platform.
10. Children's privacy
Business-management and social-publishing services are not intended for children to independently connect social accounts or authorize publishing. Educational products may have separate age-appropriate practices and notices where required.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as services or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are made.
12. Contact
Questions or privacy requests may be submitted through the official contact methods published on the Dashaw's Infinite Designs website.
