1. Our services
Dashaw operates creative, educational, ecommerce, media, and internal business-management services. Some services may connect to third-party platforms, including social media services, solely when an authorized user chooses to connect an account.
2. Accounts and authorization
You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided through your account and for safeguarding your login credentials. You may only connect or manage third-party accounts that you are authorized to use.
3. Social publishing
Dashaw Social Publishing may allow an authorized user to prepare, approve, schedule, and publish content to connected social platforms. Content is sent only after the account owner authorizes the applicable platform connection and approves the publishing action or schedule. Third-party platform rules, limits, outages, reviews, and API changes may affect availability or delivery.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Dashaw the limited permission necessary to store, process, format, schedule, transmit, or display that content solely to provide the requested service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to use and publish your content.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Dashaw services to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate others, distribute malicious code, interfere with service operation, or access accounts or systems without authorization.
6. Third-party services
Connected services such as TikTok, Meta, Google, ecommerce providers, or other platforms are governed by their own terms and policies. Dashaw does not control third-party services and is not responsible for changes, interruptions, enforcement decisions, or content restrictions imposed by those services.
7. Intellectual property
Dashaw names, branding, original designs, site content, software interfaces, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Dashaw intellectual property.
8. Service changes and availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, especially when a service depends on third-party platforms or networks.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
Services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Dashaw is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
11. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the official contact methods published on the Dashaw's Infinite Designs website.
